Michael Ymer
On Tuesday 14th December Michael Ymer worked his magic on a group of 45 CRTs. Michael's approach to engaging students in Mathematics is to encourage them to make it enjoyable. The skills and activities that we were introduced to are easy to implement and once demonstrated made so much sense. Games to introduce concepts and teach them, simple ideas like the grip mats to roll dice on, rolling for each other and many others. As CRTs we often have no idea of students ability levels but with Michael's techniques and activities we can engage the students in fun activites that will make Mathematics fun.
